What is the return policy?

The unworn garments, including all accessories, including the dust bag and any accessories. Clothing or accessories must not have been worn, must not have been scratched, cut, torn, punctured, discolored, washed or any other action or thing that could compromise in a total or partial way the integrity of the garment or accessory.The labels, stickers and any seals must not be removed, Compromised, damaged or slightly damaged.Please note that we only accept returns that include the pre-paid label provided.
How can I make sure you have received my return?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 working days, according to your bank's policy.
Please keep the tracking number of your return in order to track it.

We have introduced a minimum spending limit to ensure 100% and fast shipping based on the region of origin.
SHIPPING IN ITALY: FREE OVER 150€.
SHIPPING IN EU: FREE OVER 250€.
