All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging. The unworn garments, including all accessories, including the dust bag and any accessories. Clothing or accessories must not have been worn, must not have been scratched, cut, torn, punctured, discolored, washed or any other action or thing that could compromise in a total or partial way the integrity of the garment or accessory.The labels, stickers and any seals must not be removed, Compromised, damaged or slightly damaged.Please note that we only accept returns that include the pre-paid label provided.

We do not currently offer any replacement service. If you wish to exchange the product purchased, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

All returns are at the customer’s expense.

The refund of the order will be processed within 14 working days from receipt of the returned item. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has not been returned in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.).

The refund will be made directly through the payment method used for the original purchase.

The item can only be returned by post.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed. The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 working days, according to your bank’s policy. Please keep the tracking number of your return in order to track it.
